* Each paper must be presented by a delegate during the conference

* The registration fee applies to the presenting author
* Non-presenting delegates are welcome to attend the conference and are required to register
* Surplus funds from the conference will be used to establish a student prize and/or to support student research activities in concrete testing and monitoring, in commemoration of the late Prof W John McCarter
