There are two on campus accommodation available within the main campus of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh
Courtyard Marriott Edinburgh West
This 4-star hotel is located on the main avenue of the University and is just a few minutes walk from the conference venue, and the main reception of the University.
To book a room, delegates need to access the hotel website and place their room reservations.
We encourage delegates to book rooms early due to the limited availability of rooms at this hotel.
A limited number of rooms with special rate is available. Contact the conference secretariat at ICDCS2025@hw.ac.uk by 31ST March 2025.
Paul Stobart Visitor Accommodation
The Paul Stobart Building comprises 29 executive ensuite rooms, centrally located near on-site amenities and car parks. The building is situated within the campus and is just a short walk from the main venue. A photo of typical rooms can be found here.
The rooms in this accommodation are suitable for single or double occupancy only. There are no catering facilities available on the premises. However, catering outlets are available on campus and are open on weekdays from 8.30 AM. Additionally, the Marriot Courtyard Hotel has a restaurant that operates daily.
Check-in time is available any time after 2:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Room keys need to be collected at the Main Reception at Heriot-Watt University.
